Arrowroot Starch

Chocolate, Lindt, unsweetened

Chocolate Chips (Sugar-Free), Lily’s (find them at Whole Foods)

Cocoa Powder, Hershey’s Special Dark

Cocoa Butter (essential for making chocolate)

Cream Cheese

Whey Protein Powder

    Great list! I’m doing well converting from over-carbed, less healthy eating. The post needs a photo, however, so I can Pin – Pinterest and otherwise share the heck out of it. This is where low-carb & healthy eating really begins!
